Welcome to CEV Art Gallery. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or purchasing from CEV Art Gallery, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. General Information
CEV Art Gallery ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates an online platform that offers artwork, digital products, and art-related services. These Terms govern your use of our website and all associated services.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and designs displayed on our website are the exclusive property of CEV Art Gallery or their respective artists. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
3. Purchases & Payment
Purchases must be completed using the payment methods available on our website.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Refund & Return Policy
Digital products, Call to artists applications for any/all online art shows or juried exhibitions, event tickets are non-refundable due to their nature.
Returns for physical artwork and merchandise are accepted within 3 days if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Customers must provide supporting evidence.

1. Entry and Exhibition Fees
All artists submitting work to CEV Art Gallery exhibitions agree to pay a non-refundable entry or exhibition fee as outlined in the call for art.
Fees cover administrative costs, curation, jurying, website maintenance, and promotional services.
Submission and/or exhibition fees are non-refundable, regardless of acceptance status or withdrawal by the artist after payment.
2. Acceptance and Participation
Once accepted into an exhibition, the artist’s participation and online display are considered a delivered service.
Exhibition services begin immediately upon acceptance (including promotion, web placement, and listing).
Therefore, once accepted, no refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
By submitting payment, artists acknowledge and agree that:
Filing a payment dispute (chargeback) through Stripe, PayPal, or their financial institution after acceptance is a violation of these terms.
In the event of a dispute, the artist’s work will be temporarily removed from any active or upcoming exhibitions until the matter is resolved.
If the dispute is resolved in favor of CEV Art Gallery, the artist’s work may be reinstated for the remainder of the exhibition term.
If the dispute is upheld against the gallery, the artist forfeits all exhibition privileges and future participation eligibility.
4. Evidence and Documentation
CEV Art Gallery maintains records of all accepted submissions, payments, and communications to provide proof of services rendered.
We reserve the right to present such evidence to payment processors or financial institutions as part of any dispute resolution process.5. Cancellations by the Gallery
In the rare case that CEV Art Gallery cancels an exhibition before its scheduled start date, all accepted artists will receive a full refund of their entry fee.
No other refunds or compensations will be provided beyond this circumstance.6. Agreement
By submitting payment or artwork to any CEV Art Gallery call for entry, the artist acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable and dispute policy.
5. Shipping Policy
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes.
6. Artist Submissions & Collaborations
Artists submitting work for exhibitions, collaborations, or sales must adhere to our submission guidelines.
CEV Art Gallery reserves the right to accept or reject submissions at its discretion.
By submitting artwork, the artist grants CEV Art Gallery a non-exclusive license to display and promote the work.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
Use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to hack, interfere with, or manipulate website operations.
Post or distribute harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of CEV Art Gallery is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
9. Limitation of Liability
CEV Art Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product or service in question.
10. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

CEV Art Gallery Donation Terms & Conditions
By making a donation to Creatively Enhanced Virtual Art Gallery (CEV Art Gallery), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Donations Are Voluntary – All contributions are made voluntarily and are non-refundable.
Use of Funds – Donations will be used to support CEV Art Gallery’s mission, including artist exhibitions, mentorship programs, scholarships, and operational expenses.
Privacy – Donor information will be kept confidential and used solely for record-keeping, acknowledgment, and communication purposes unless the donor grants permission for public recognition.
Tax Deductibility – CEV Art Gallery is not a registered nonprofit at this time; therefore, donations may not be tax-deductible. Please consult with a tax professional for advice.
Recurring Donations – If you opt for a recurring donation, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method until you modify or cancel your contribution.
No Goods or Services in Exchange – Donations are given without expectation of goods, services, or benefits in return.
Changes to Terms – CEV Art Gallery reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
