CHROMATIC is an invitation to celebrate color as a language and abstraction as a voice. We are looking for work that is unapologetically itself — paintings that pulse with energy, photography that saturates the senses, mixed media that refuses to be categorized, and abstractions that communicate something words never could.

Whether your practice is rooted in bold figurative color, pure geometric abstraction, gestural mark-making, or explosive pattern — if your work stops people in their tracks, this exhibition was made for you.

Before You Apply

Submission Guidelines

Original Works Only — No AI Art
All submissions must be original artworks created entirely by the submitting artist. AI-generated art is not accepted. You must hold all rights to the images you submit.

Up to 2 Artworks Per Artist
Submit your strongest 1 or 2 works that best represent your engagement with color and abstraction. Quality over quantity — choose the pieces that best reflect your practice.

Image Quality Requirements
Submit high-resolution images (minimum 1500px on the longest side). Images should be well-lit, clearly in focus, and accurately represent your artwork's true colors. Include title, year, medium, and dimensions.

Open to Artists Worldwide
CEV Art Gallery welcomes artists from every country, background, and career stage. Emerging, mid-career, and established artists are all equally encouraged to apply. Your geography is never a barrier.

Complete the free application form, upload up to 2 images, and submit. No payment required at any stage. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

Chantelle Reviews
All submissions are personally reviewed by CEV founder Chantelle Fulce and selected based on quality, originality, and alignment with the CHROMATIC theme.

You're Notified
All applicants receive an outcome email by July 17, 2026. Check your spam folder. Accepted artists receive full onboarding details and next steps within 48 hours.

Exhibition Goes Live
Your work is published July 18 and CEV launches a full promotion campaign — email to collectors, social media features, and catalog distribution on opening day.

By submitting images, the artist confirms that all works are their own original creations and that they hold all rights to the submitted images. If accepted, the artist grants CEV Art Gallery the non-exclusive right to use submitted images on our website, social media, and promotional materials solely to promote the exhibition and the artist's work. Full copyright remains with the artist at all times. CEV Art Gallery does not claim ownership of any submitted works. All sales, commissions, and commercial rights remain exclusively with the artist.
